I further declare that I personally own the CDs that I will be sending to Arizona Rips. It is my responsibility to ensure that the any material converted does not violate any copyright laws. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Arizona Rips harmless from any claim, demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party with regard to copyright laws. I will not hold Arizona Rips liable in any way for damages that I may incur resulting from my using this music in any illegal, inappropriate and or unauthorized manner. All the CDs that I am sending Arizona Rips are originally pressed CDs. I understand that any non-original, bootleg, or homemade" CDs will not be ripped. I also understand that some CDs cannot be copied due to damage or other reasons. The condition of these CDs will determine the ability of Arizona Rips to rip them. If any songs on a CD can be ripped they will be. If three or more songs on a CD are ripped, I will be charged for that CD. The music data base is not infallible. We have seen a very few instances where the artist and the song title are reversed. We have also seen a few spelling errors. Arizona Rips will not correct these few errors for you. This is easily corrected when you organize your music into your personal play lists. By placing an order you are stating that you have read and accepted the above conditions.
